DONER KEBABS

  • 400g lamb mince

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ salt

  • (or 1 tsp onion salt instead of onion powder and salt)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • 2 cloves garlic crushed

  •  

  • Lettuce sliced thinly

  • Cabbage (red or white) sliced thinly

  • Onions (red or white)

  • Tomatoes sliced

  • Cucumber sliced

  • Lemon wedges

  • Greek yogurt with fresh mint leaves chopped

  • Sriracha sauce

 

  1. Mixed all spices, garlic and lamb mince thoroughly

  2. Baked for 25 minutes at 200c until cooked through

  3. Prepare the salad and yogurt dip

  4. Serve in warmed kebabs, with salad and sauce and lemon wedges
