NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

KNOWING YOUR NUTRITIONAL STATUS AND HOW WELL YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM IS FUNCTIONING Could TRANSFORM YOUR HEALTH

Nutritional therapy is not just about food.  Its about assessing your nutritional status and how well your body in currently functioning.  Naturopathic nutritional therapy uses functional and clinical observations based on scientific research, as well as traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, to ascertain the root cause of disease.  Once this is established then we support your body by making recommendations for diet, supplements and lifestyle. Nutritional therapists are also able to interpret numerous medical test results and check medications and supplements for contraindications.

Tribu Wellbeing was established in 2019 and specialises in naturopathic nutritional therapy.

Our aim is to get to know you holistically and not just how you present at the time of consultation.  We will enquire about events that led up to your consultation such as your life experiences, your health history and your family’s health history.  Although you may be suffering from an increasingly common ailment or disease, we believe that your journey and experience of it is unique to you.

Once we understand how you arrived at your current state of health, we will have the insight to tailor your support.  In addition, by helping you understand why you are experiencing your symptoms, we aim to help you manage your own health longer term.

Our aim is to neither suppress nor exhaust your body and its natural processes but to comfortably support you back towards good health.
