DIGESTIVE GINGER MIX

  • 2 inch ginger

  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime

  • 2 pinches sea salt

  • Raw honey to taste

 

  1. Add ½ to 1 teaspoon to hot water

  2. Take before a meal

  3. Keeps in fridge few days
