CAULIFLOWER HUMMUS

  • 400g cauliflower

  • 3 tbs tahini

  • 2 tbs olive oil

  • ½ tbs paprika

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbs lemon juice

 

  1. Cook the cauliflower

  2. Blitz everything until smooth
